In Honors Math III we went over some difficult homework problems and then we went into natural logarithms and e. I have finished the notes in class so that anyone can see them since we didn't finish.

Today in Intro we took a quiz. We will review some of the material tomorrow since it didn't seem like many people understood one of the topics.
In Honors math III we took the quiz and then moved on to notes on solving log and exponential equations. homework was 3-4/5. The next quiz will be friday and next tuesday is the test. here are the notes Busy week for me so I apologize for not posting.
Intro took a test on Tuesday and has been learning about commutative, associative, zero product, identity, and distribution properties. We also learned about adding polynomials and naming them. Here are the notes notes part 2 In Honors Math III we also tested on Tuesday. We have since been working on exponential equations, properties, and logarithms. Here is an empty notes Here is a currently filled in notes Here is the homework Here is the placemat key To was a review day across the board in all classes. In Intro to HS Math we reviewed with a kahoot to get prepared for tomorrow's test on simplifying, adding, subtracting, multiplying, dividing, and comparing fractions. Also on the test will be factors and prime factorization. I have attached not the notes/hw packet to help anyone wanting to study.
packet In Honors Math III we reviewed with a talking day. The students led the classroom in a review activity and I just sat back and watched. This is a graded activity. They should be completing their review for homework. Tomorrow is the exam. notes packet hw packet review key I apologize for the hiatus from posting.
We have completed a few sections of notes on fractions in Intro. We got common denominator, compared fractions as well as adding and subtracting them. here are the notes In Honors Math III we have taken a quiz as well as completed notes on factoring, and division of polynomials. Here are the notes. Today in Intro we reviewed and then took our quiz on prime factorization, listing all factors, simplifying fractions and finding least common multiple. There is no homework.
In Honors math III we reviewed graphing using roots and multiplicity one last time and moved on to review factoring and learn a couple new techniques. We learned factoring by substitution and sum and difference of cubes. There will be a quiz on Monday. Here is the key to the review for the quiz Here are the notes Good morning all.
Today in Intro we went through more practice problems on finding least common multiple. Afterwards we learned how to simplify fractions by using strategies similar to factors and multiples. I gave them four homework problems and time in class to complete them. Here are the notes Today in Intro to HS Math we reviewed a little of what we did last week in factors and prime factorization. We then went through our lesson on multiples and finding the least common multiple.
Here are the notes. Today in Honors Math III we finished going through some examples of end behavior. After that, we went through combining end behavior with the zeros and solutions. We used zeros and solutions to determine the behavior in the middle of the graph. Here are the notes Today in Intro we began our new unit with factors of integers and prime factorization.
Here are the notes. In Honors Math III we talked for a bit about the test. Afterwards we began our lesson on polynomials. We learned some vocab and worked out how to determine end behavior and write it correctly. On Monday we will continue this and go over the test in full. Notes Empty homework Placemat |
