I apologize for the gap of posts. I have had a very busy couple days and we didn't take too many notes. I also apologize for not getting a hw key or review key up this unit. I will fix that in the future and will get it up.
The last few days of academic math II have been review days where we practiced graphing quadratics as well as solving systems of lines and circles and systems of lines and quadratics. We practiced word problems as well as inequalities. I made sure that we talked about every topic again and had time for questions and clarification. Today is the test so we will start our next unit on Monday.
Wednesday was a review day in Honors Math II. We did a talking day as students led the classroom and went through problems. They received a review and we talked about it and other stuff before the exam on Thursday. I had time for questions before and then we took the exam. Some students did not finish, but I warned them this would happen if they were not adequately prepared. I told them to get better prepared for a retest if necessary. Today we will be beginning the new unit with monomial and exponent rules. We will learn the rules again and practice many examples. This is just an introductory topic to our unit. They will complete 4-1 for homework.
Here is the key to PD3 Notes.
